All policies listed on this page are subject to change or amendment at any time without notice. Orders placed will be bound to the return policy that is in place at the time that the order is placed. No items listed on this page are fit for any particular purpose. If any portion of these policies is unlawful, the remainder will remain in force. Exceptions to these or any policy in place will be made on a case by case basis with the cooperation of the customer and The Sun Garden staff. An exception in one case does not indicate an exception in similar cases.


The Sun Garden does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with any parties not necessary for the fulfillment of an order. It is not our policy to spam our visitors.

Postal mail addresses and telephone contact information will be used to ship customer orders. This information will only be used as required by shipping couriers to fulfill an order.

eMail addresses will be used for transmitting information regarding new, updated, or cancelled account information, orders, shipments, or invoices. If a customer has opted into the Newsletter subscription, a newsletter will be sent only by The Sun Garden without additional offers. The content of the Newsletter will vary, but will not contain intentionally offensive information.

Anonymous information regarding geographic regions of visitors, pages visited, search terms used, and other similar data is collected for the purpose of directing our marketing campaigns and will not be provided to third parties. Internet Protocol addresses are saved along with account information and file activity to ensure the security of the site. None of this information is shared with third parties unless requested by law enforcement with an appropriate legal request.

Product reviews, feedback, and testimonials may be shared, managed, and used in marketing and websites.


All returns must be in new/resealable condition unless it was damaged in shipping. All original packaging must be included. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Candles that have been lit are not eligible for return unless they are defective. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a return through the contact form, and to ship the package within 5 days at their own expense.

A restocking fee of 20% may be applied if a return is requested or shipped beyond a deadline, if packaging materials are missing, or if our return system is abused. If either of these situations apply, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. So please contact us to verify an item is eligible for return.

All soft-lines (clothing, bags, posters, tapestries, etc.) may be returned or exchanged under the above terms within 7 days of receiving the item. Bath/body items without a seal may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. All other items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refunds, if eligible, will be issued within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in accordance with this policy.


All orders are subject to availability. While we do our best to maintain our page with an accurate inventory, some items may become back-ordered or discontinued without notice. An item being listed on the website does not guarantee availability, nor does an item being added to a cart or wishlist reserve inventory. In the event a customer places an order for a product that is not available or will be delayed, the customer will be notified by email.


The Sun Garden is not responsible for typographical errors, website errors, or errors in listings. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase of all or a portion of an order with an item listed in error, with an incorrect price, or for any other reason. Item colors, style, and labeling may vary.

Errors may exist within product descriptions, attributes, or other data. The Sun Garden is not responsible for any errors, incorrect values, or false statements as they relate to product information. However, if such information is found to be inaccurate, customers are highly encouraged to contact us with a correction.

This website comes without warrantee and is not guaranteed to be available at all times. While the website should not cause harm to visitors, we are not responsible for any harm or issues a visitor may experience after visiting any page on this website. We are not responsible for any damages caused by attacks against this website. If any such attempts are made, we will prosecute the offender to the full extent of the law including both criminal and civil charges.

The Sun Garden is required to automatically collect sales tax for orders shipped to the State of New York within the United States. The Sun Garden is authorized to do so under the incorporated name of SilverFoxUnlimited Inc.

The Sun Garden is not responsible for items lost in shipping. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Orders over $50 (after discounts / excluding taxes) ship to the United States for free. Most orders will ship within two business days subject to availability.
